Aside from phone and email, you may also reach customer service by submitting a help ticket within your payment portal. 

To submit a help ticket

  1. Click Help Request on the dashboard and select the Submit a Help Ticket sub tab

  2. Use the drop down menu to select the type of issue you would like to submit a help ticket for
  3. Make sure that your information is filled out accurately
  4. Type in your request in the message box
  5. Click Submit Help Ticket, and you will receive a reply from our customer service department shortly
